Shipping Information

 

WE DO NOT HOLD STOCK, with over 90,000 individual styles, colours and sizes available (and growing), all stock is ordered in for you, and shipped by us as required, either blank or embroidered with your logo. 

Delivery times can vary depending on which of our suppliers its from, sometimes multiple, how busy they are and then depending on the same for the couriers who deliver orders to us daily.

(Please note - due to Covid lockdowns and the every increasing demand for delivered items, we have been experiencing significant delays and issues with both receiving deliveries in and with items sent out at a higher than usual rate. We do apologize for this and appreciate your patience. All items are tracked and if you are wondering where your order is at please don't hesitate to contact us at orders@plusembroidery.com.au  

We ship to all locations in Australia via either Aramex(Formerly Fastway) or Australia Post to your location. We do not dropship direct from our suppliers so all your personal information is not passed on to third parties other than to our shipping partners to delivery your order. At times we may change delivery options based on delays and in the best interest of getting your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Rates charged are live rates based on the weight and size of the products in your order. Order shipping charges over 22kg are only available at checkout based on full delivery information. 

  Shipping and handling cost selected at checkout is the maximum you will pay for shipping on your order.

Once an order is shipped from us you will be provided with a tracking number from both PlusEmbroidery and the delivery company.
