Check Bib Fit, Braces and Movement

Compare bib coverage, brace adjustment, waist and hip fit, rise, inseam, closures, pocket layout and laundering instructions against the work performed. The overalls should support reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing and driving without pulling through the braces, crotch or knees.

Where short or regular lengths are available, retain the approved garment code, colour and length for replacement orders.

Logo placement should account for bibs, braces, buckles, pockets, seams and high-flex zones. Embroidery can suit compact bib, chest or upper-leg logos on suitable panels, with a minimum charge equivalent to 10 logos. DTF printing can suit full-colour artwork on compatible flat, non-FR, non-melt-risk fabrics, with a minimum charge equivalent to 5 logos and vector EPS or AI artwork required. The garment must be checked for heat sensitivity, FR status and placement suitability.
