Repeat Uniform Orders

Reorder staff uniforms and workwear for new starters, replacement garments and ongoing team needs through your PlusEmbroidery account. Start from a previous order, confirm what is staying the same and communicate any changes before placing the new order.

Returning customers can easily reorder items through their PlusEmbroidery account, making repeat orders easy. A review may be needed if the logo, garment, placement, decoration method or order requirements change - communication is key.

A repeat order can be straightforward when the garment, colour, logo, placement, decoration method and other order details remain unchanged. If something is different—or a previous product is no longer available—the new order may need to be reviewed before it proceeds.

Built for ongoing uniform needs

Repeat ordering helps businesses maintain an established uniform range without rebuilding every order from the beginning. It can be used for a single team member or a wider replenishment order.

New

New starters

Add the established garments and branding for people joining the team.

Replace

Worn or damaged garments

Replace individual uniform items while keeping the established team presentation.

Extra

Additional quantities

Order more of an existing style when team requirements or garment allocations change.

Refresh

Planned replenishment

Refresh part or all of the uniform range as garments reach the end of their working life.

How to place a repeat uniform order

1

Sign in to your account

Open your PlusEmbroidery account and go to your previous orders.

2

Choose the previous order

Use the reorder option where available to return the previous items to your cart.

3

Check every current detail

Confirm the product, colour, size, quantity, logo, placement and decoration option required for this order.

4

Communicate changes and order

Tell PlusEmbroidery about anything that has changed, then review current pricing and shipping before checkout.

A reordered item still needs to be checked against the current product details and the requirements of the new order. Previous pricing, supplier availability and product options may have changed.

What is staying the same—and what is changing?

This is the key question for a repeat decorated uniform order. An existing approved logo can generally continue without a new approval when the garment, artwork, decoration method, logo size, placement and other production requirements remain unchanged.

Usually a straightforward repeat

  • Same product and garment construction
  • Same logo artwork and size
  • Same embroidery or DTF method
  • Same placement and production requirements
  • Only sizes and quantities have changed

A review may be needed

  • Updated artwork, wording or logo colours
  • A different product, fabric or garment colour
  • A different decoration method, size or placement
  • New seams, pockets, panels or reflective-tape constraints
  • Changed compliance, workplace or end-use requirements

When in doubt, include the previous order number and explain the change before ordering. This gives PlusEmbroidery the clearest basis for checking whether the existing decoration setup can still be used.

Repeat orders can be plain or decorated

Reorder plain garments, embroidered uniforms or DTF-printed apparel where the selected product and decoration method remain suitable. A repeat order does not remove the need to check the current garment, decoration option or minimum decoration charge for the new production run.

When a previous garment is no longer available

Uniform and workwear ranges often include long-running core styles, but future availability cannot be guaranteed. Suppliers may change or discontinue a product, colour, size or companion style over time.

If an earlier item is unavailable, the replacement should be treated as a product change. Compare the proposed alternative for colour, fabric, fit, construction, branding area and intended use before ordering. Decoration placement or approval may also need to be reviewed on the new garment.

Keep future reordering easier

A little consistency in how the uniform range is managed can make later new-starter and replacement orders easier to check.

Order through the same account

Keep completed orders together so the business can refer back to the relevant products and order details.

Retain the previous order number

Include it when asking about a repeat order or a change to an established uniform item.

Use a controlled core range

Limit unnecessary changes to core styles, colours and decoration details when consistency matters across the team.

Check current details each time

Confirm sizes, quantities, product options, pricing and shipping for the new order rather than relying only on the previous purchase.

Repeat Uniform Orders FAQs

How do I reorder a previous PlusEmbroidery uniform order?

Sign in to your PlusEmbroidery account, open your previous orders and use the reorder option where available. Check all current product, size, quantity, decoration, pricing and shipping details before checkout.

Can I place a repeat order for one new starter or replacement garment?

Yes. Repeat orders can be used for individual garments as well as larger replenishment orders. Where decoration is required, the relevant minimum decoration charge still applies to the new production run.

Will my previous logo approval still apply?

Generally, an existing approved logo can continue when the garment, artwork, decoration method, logo size, placement and other production requirements remain unchanged. A change to any of these details may require review or a new approval.

What should I do if the garment or logo has changed?

Contact PlusEmbroidery before ordering and include the previous order number, the item being reordered and a clear description of the change. Updated artwork can also be checked against the Artwork Requirements.

What happens if a previous product or colour is unavailable?

A replacement product should be treated as a change rather than an exact repeat. Compare the alternative garment for colour, fabric, fit, construction, decoration area and intended use. Decoration placement or approval may also need to be reviewed.

Will the pricing be the same as my previous order?

Not necessarily. Product prices, decoration charges, quantity-based pricing and shipping can change. Review the current order total and shipping through the website before checkout.

Can I reorder plain, embroidered and DTF-printed items?

Yes, where the selected products and decoration methods remain suitable. Check the current garment and order details, and communicate any change to the logo, placement, method or intended use.
