Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order with PlusEmbroidery.

By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our related policies including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, Return & Refund Policy and FAQ.


Website Use

This website is operated by PlusEmbroidery for the sale of blank garments, workwear, uniforms, custom embroidery, DTF printing and related products.

PlusEmbroidery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are made is considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website or place an order.


Accounts

You do not need to create an account to purchase from this website; however, we recommend creating one, especially for businesses and repeat uniform orders.

Creating an account allows you to view order history, repeat previous orders, track current orders and keep customer details available for faster checkout.

For businesses, we recommend using a shared company email address such as uniforms@yourbusinessname.com.au or ordering@yourbusinessname.com.au so ordering records can be transferred more easily if staff change.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and protecting your password and login information.


Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once they have been placed and paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment options may include credit card, PayPal, Stripe, direct deposit or other payment methods made available through the website.

Direct deposit orders are not processed until payment or remittance has been received.

PlusEmbroidery is not responsible for delays caused by late payments, declined payments or incorrect payment details.

GST applies to Australian orders where required and will be shown clearly during checkout or on the invoice.


Supplier Ordering & Stock Availability

PlusEmbroidery provides access to more than 90,000 styles, colours and sizes across a wide range of workwear, uniform and apparel brands.

Because of the size of this range, we do not hold all stock on-site. Products are ordered from suppliers as required for customer orders.

Stock availability can change frequently and may vary by brand, style, colour and size. If an item becomes unavailable or enters backorder after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss available options.

Options may include waiting for restock, removing unavailable items from the order, refunding unavailable items or choosing an alternative product where suitable.

Product descriptions, images, sizing guides and specifications are generally supplied by manufacturers and suppliers. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but minor variations may occur.


Custom Decoration: Embroidery & DTF Printing

PlusEmbroidery supplies both blank and decorated garments, including custom embroidery and DTF printing.

Decoration is only available on garments supplied by PlusEmbroidery. We do not decorate customer-supplied garments.

We do not charge setup fees for embroidery or DTF printing.

Embroidery

Embroidery pricing is based on stitch count, which depends on logo size, detail and complexity.

Customers can estimate stitch count during ordering, select “Not Sure?”, or contact us before ordering so we can review the logo.

For new embroidery logos, our approval process may include:

  1. Logo digitising
  2. Plot sheet approval showing layout, sizing and position
  3. Physical embroidered sample
  4. Photo approval of the stitched sample
  5. Production scheduling

Production does not begin until required approvals have been received.

DTF Printing

DTF printing is suitable for detailed, full-colour and larger designs, subject to garment suitability and artwork quality.

DTF artwork must be supplied in a scalable format suitable for printing. If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable, please contact us before ordering.

DTF printing cannot be applied to fire retardant garments or materials that may melt under heat.

Maximum DTF print size is 30cm x 40cm.

Decoration Minimums

Blank garments can be ordered with no minimum quantity.

For decorated garments, minimum decoration charges apply:

  • Embroidery: minimum charge equivalent to 10 decorated items
  • DTF Printing: minimum charge equivalent to 5 decorated items

Customers may order fewer items if required, however the relevant minimum decoration charge still applies.


Artwork & Customer-Supplied Logos

Customers are responsible for providing suitable artwork, logo files and instructions for decoration.

For embroidery, most common image and file formats can be reviewed.

For DTF printing, artwork must be scalable and suitable for print so the design remains sharp at the required size.

By supplying artwork or logos to PlusEmbroidery, you confirm that you have permission to use that artwork and authorise PlusEmbroidery to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.


Production & Delivery Timeframes

Production and delivery times vary depending on supplier stock availability, decoration requirements, approvals, order size, freight and seasonal demand.

Blank goods generally require supplier stock to arrive before dispatch. Decorated orders may require additional time for artwork checks, embroidery approvals, DTF printing and production scheduling.

PlusEmbroidery will make reasonable efforts to complete and dispatch orders promptly, but delivery dates are estimates only unless specifically agreed in writing.


Shipping

Orders are shipped Australia-wide using available freight providers, which may include Aramex and Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, delivery address and other relevant freight details.

Tracking information will be provided once an order is dispatched.

PlusEmbroidery does not ship directly from suppliers to customers. Orders are managed through PlusEmbroidery before dispatch.


Returns, Refunds & Change of Mind

Please choose garments, sizes, colours and decoration options carefully before ordering.

Because products are ordered specifically for customers, and decorated garments are customised, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect choice or change of mind on blank or decorated goods.

Returns or exchanges may be available where products are faulty, incorrectly supplied or affected by a manufacturing or decoration issue.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may incur costs depending on how far the order has progressed.

If ordering has not started, cancellation may be possible without fees.

If supplier ordering, freight, production or decoration has commenced, costs such as supplier restocking fees, freight charges or decoration costs may apply.

Once decoration has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.


Third-Party Decoration

If blank garments are purchased for external decoration, customers should check all items carefully before involving a third-party decorator.

Once garments have been altered or decorated outside PlusEmbroidery services, responsibility for faults, damage or suitability issues may be limited.


Copyright & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, branding and code, is owned by or licensed to PlusEmbroidery unless otherwise stated.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission from PlusEmbroidery.

All trademarks, brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.


Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, PlusEmbroidery is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website, delays, product availability, delivery interruptions or customer-supplied artwork issues.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.


Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please ensure the information supplied during checkout is accurate so we can process, contact and deliver orders correctly.


General

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

Failure by PlusEmbroidery to enforce any part of these Terms & Conditions on one occasion does not prevent enforcement on another occasion.

PlusEmbroidery is not responsible for delays or failure to perform where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
