ACCOUNT

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase from this site.

Creating an account with PlusEmbroidery enables your purchases to be kept on your account for future reference and repeat orders, assists us with contacting you regarding any issues regarding your order and ensures you may be notified of any specials we might be offering.

Membership is free and all information is for PlusEmbroidery use only. See our Privacy Policy here.

To become a member of this website you must complete your registration details in the manner described Here. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure details are correct when using our site and placing orders.

Upon registration, PlusEmbroidery.com.au will provide with you a unique account and password. Please do not share your account details and password in order to protect your personal information. You agree to pay for our products and services in the manner specified on this website. PlusEmbroidery.com.au reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

If you decide to order a PlusEmbroidery.com.au product, whether through this website or by directly contacting PlusEmbroidery.com.au, you agree to promptly pay the associated invoiced amount in full.

PlusEmbroidery.com.au processes all website order payments, including credit card transactions through Pay Pal and Stripe. Alternative payment options such as direct deposit are available; please contact PlusEmbroidery.com.au through the 'Contact Us' form on this website to agree to the payment method. Payment made through Paypal is done so under the Terms and Conditions of Paypal. Payment made through Stripe is done so under the Terms and Conditions of Stripe.

PlusEmbroidery.com.au will not be liable for any delays in ordering and delivering arising from a delay in payment, including refusal by the issuer of your payment card provider. Any costs associated with declined payments, through any payment method, will be charged to you, in addition to the full order amount. In this instance PlusEmbroidery.com.au will notify you in writing of the additional charge.

PlusEmbroidery.com.au will not be liable and/or responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner as a result of using this website.

ORDER FULFILMENT

PlusEmbroidery.com.au will supply you the product indicated on your order subject to these Terms and Conditions and product availability from our suppliers.

PlusEmbroidery does not hold stock, all orders, once placed and paid for, are placed with our suppliers and delivered to us at there earliest convenience. We have no control over delays in delivering or stock availability at any time and cannot guarantee a delivery date due to this. Any backorders or supply shortages are notified to PlusEmbroidery.com.au and we will contact you regarding any issues.

If you require embroidery to be added to your product either by uploading through our site or contacting us directly, our design team will contact you with any information in regard to setup costs, stitch count and any adjustments needed to the cost of embroidery to your garment prior to commencing the order.

We have added the option to add minimum stitch count or estimated stitch count to invoicing at the cart level but reserve the right to correct this amount as required.

All logos will be setup, sampled and you will be provided with images for approval prior to embroidering your garments.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancelled orders by customers may incur restocking fees and shipping fees to return stock to our Suppliers. These fees will be passed on and subtracted from refund amount.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The Australian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") applies to all orders. GST will be added to all orders, will be clearly identified on the invoice, and are required to be paid at the time of ordering.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlusEmbroidery.com.au, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating in any way to your use of this website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PlusEmbroidery.com.au accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of accessing, using, printing, copying or downloading from this website. To the fullest extent not prohibited by law, you herby waive and in no event shall PlusEmbroidery.com.au be liable to you or any person or entity for, any losses, injury or indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information or us, or other economic advantage) however it arises, whether in contract, tort or for breach of statutory duty or otherwise, relating to the website, even if PlusEmbroidery.com.au has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage.
