Decoration Options Available

Custom Embroidery

Embroidery is a durable, professional decoration method commonly used for business uniforms, workwear, polos, jackets, caps and hospitality apparel. It is ideal for smaller logos and branding that needs a premium, long-lasting finish.

DTF Printing

DTF printing is suitable for detailed, full-colour artwork and larger print areas, including front prints, back prints, sleeve prints and pant leg prints. It is a strong option for logos or designs that may not suit embroidery.

Why Decoration Method Matters

Not every logo works best in the same format. A simple business logo may look excellent embroidered on a polo or jacket, while a detailed full-colour design may be better suited to DTF printing.

The right choice depends on:

Transparent Decoration Minimums

Blank garments can be ordered with no minimum quantity.

For decorated garments, minimum decoration charges apply:

  • Embroidery: minimum charge equivalent to 10 decorated items
  • DTF Printing: minimum charge equivalent to 5 decorated items

Customers can order fewer items if required; however, the relevant minimum decoration charge still applies.

No Setup Fees

PlusEmbroidery does not charge setup fees for embroidery or DTF printing.

For embroidery, your logo is digitised and prepared for stitching as part of our process. For DTF printing, suitable scalable artwork is required so the print remains sharp and clear.
