For a logo not previously embroidered by PlusEmbroidery, we prepare a to-scale plot sheet followed by a physical embroidered sample photo for approval.
Garments are ordered from suppliers as required, then the approved embroidery is completed in-house.
The completed workwear order is sent directly to your nominated Australian delivery address.
Choose workwear that suits the logo

Chest pockets, panel lines and heavy seams can reduce the usable embroidery area. Depending on the garment, the clearest result may be above a pocket, on the opposite chest or at a slightly different size.

Jacket zips, internal pockets and linings can affect access to the embroidery position. Placement may differ between a polo, fleece and jacket even when the same logo is used across the uniform range.
Fabric and logo detail
Very fine text and small details do not always reproduce clearly in thread, especially on lightweight, stretchy or textured fabrics. If simplifying a detail or changing the size would produce a clearer result, this can be addressed during the logo approval process.
Hi-vis and compliance-sensitive garments
On hi-vis and other compliance-sensitive garments, available logo positions can be influenced by reflective tape, high-visibility areas and garment construction. The appropriate garment and decoration choice also depends on the standards and site requirements relevant to your team.
Most workwear products can be decorated, but the suitable method depends on the garment, artwork, fabric, construction, placement, compliance requirements and intended use. DTF printing is not recommended for FR garments or melt-risk fabrics.

Can I order workwear plain and embroidered?
Yes. Most products available through PlusEmbroidery can be supplied plain or decorated, so an order can include plain and embroidered garments where suitable.
Is there a minimum embroidery quantity?
You can order fewer than 10 embroidered items, but the minimum embroidery charge is based on 10 logos per run, per logo. Different thread-colour versions or materially different logo setups may be treated as separate runs.
