The JB’s Wear 3LJ1 Ladies Layer Soft Shell Jacket is a premium branded outerwear option for women’s staff uniforms, corporate teams, supervisors, field staff, service crews and customer-facing roles. The ladies fit, stretch softshell fabric and microfleece lining make this a smart option when staff need warmth, movement and a polished uniform look. It is useful for customer visits, outdoor work, travel between sites and cooler workdays.
PlusEmbroidery can add a business logo or staff name, with placement chosen to suit the softshell fabric, jacket colour and intended use. Consistent embroidery placement helps replacement garments and future staff top-ups match the original order.
Made from 94% polyester and 6% elastane, this 325gsm three-layer bonded softshell jacket includes four-way stretch, microfleece lining, two zip-up pockets, an internal mobile phone pocket and adjustable elastic hem with toggle. Supplier information lists a waterproof rating of 20,000mm and breathability rating of 1,000mm, with an urban fit and interchangeable zip puller option.
Colours include Black, Grey and Navy, with ladies sizing from 6 to 24.
