The JB’s Wear 3LJ Adults Layer Soft Shell Jacket is a higher-value uniform jacket for businesses that want staff to look professional while staying warm and comfortable. PlusEmbroidery can add business logos, staff names or selected sleeve embroidery, with placement chosen to suit the softshell fabric, jacket colour and intended use. The smooth surface makes it a strong choice for embroidered left-breast logos and consistent staff-uniform branding.

Made from 94% polyester and 6% elastane, this slim-fit 325gsm three-layer bonded softshell jacket includes four-way stretch, windproof warmth, a microfleece lining, two zip-up pockets, an internal mobile phone pocket and an adjustable elastic hem with toggles. JB’s Wear lists a waterproof rating of 20,000mm and a breathability rating of 1,000mm.

Adult colours include Black, Grey and Navy, with sizes from 2XS to 5XL across the standard range. Sizes 6/7XL and 8/9XL are available in Black and Navy only.
