The JB’s Wear 3WSH Podium Hooded Softshell Jacket is a practical branded jacket for teams that need a water-resistant outerwear option with hood coverage. It suits mobile staff, supervisors, event crews, service businesses and outdoor teams that need a smart jacket for changing work conditions.

The hooded design makes this style useful when staff need extra coverage without moving into a heavy work jacket. Its softshell construction keeps the presentation clean for customer-facing roles while still giving teams a work-ready jacket for travel, site visits and cooler weather.
