The JB’s Wear 3WSJ1 Podium Ladies Water Resistant Softshell Jacket is a practical branded outerwear option for businesses that need a women’s staff jacket for corporate uniforms, mobile teams, front-of-house staff, service businesses and outdoor crews. It gives staff a smart, consistent look while still being suitable for everyday workwear and repeat uniform programs.

PlusEmbroidery can add a business logo or staff name, with placement chosen to suit the softshell fabric, jacket colour and intended use. Consistent embroidery placement helps replacement garments and future staff top-ups match the original uniform order.
Made from 100% polyester mechanical stretch fabric bonded with microfleece in a 245gsm three-layer softshell. Supplier information lists a waterproof rating of 10,000mm and breathability rating of 800mm. It includes front slant pockets with reversed openings for better water repellency, adjustable sleeve openings and an easy-change detachable zip puller.
Colours include Black, Charcoal/Pea Green, Charcoal/Red, Navy and Navy/Light Blue, with ladies sizing from 6 to 24.
