The JB’s Wear 3JLV1 Ladies Layer Soft Shell Vest is a women’s softshell vest for staff uniforms, customer-facing teams, mobile workers and supervisors who need a neat sleeveless outerwear option. It gives warmth through the body while keeping arms free for active work.
The stretch softshell fabric and microfleece lining make this vest a smart alternative to polar fleece when a more polished uniform finish is preferred. It suits reception teams, property staff, retail teams, service crews, event staff and businesses building a coordinated women’s outerwear range.
PlusEmbroidery can add left-breast logos, names or selected decoration placements, with the smooth softshell surface helping embroidery look clean and professional. Consistent placement across vests and jackets helps future staff additions match the original order.
Made from 94% polyester and 6% elastane in 290gsm two-layer bonded softshell. Supplier details include four-way stretch, microfleece lining, two zip-up pockets, internal mobile phone pocket, adjustable elastic hem with toggles and urban fit. Interchangeable zip puller 3CZP is sold separately.
Available in Black and Navy, with ladies sizing from 6 to 24.
