The JB’s Wear 3JLV Adults Layer Soft Shell Vest is a smart sleeveless outerwear option for staff uniforms, site supervisors, mobile teams, service crews and customer-facing roles. It gives body warmth and a clean uniform look while keeping arms free for movement.

The bonded softshell fabric gives this vest a smoother, more professional finish than polar fleece, making it useful for teams that move between office, warehouse, vehicle and outdoor customer contact. Black and Navy make it easy to keep a consistent business uniform range.

PlusEmbroidery can add left-breast logos, names or selected decoration placements, with the smooth softshell surface helping embroidery look crisp. It is a practical choice for repeat staff orders because the core colours and broad size range suit mixed teams.

Made from 94% polyester and 6% elastane in 290gsm two-layer bonded softshell. Supplier details include four-way stretch, microfleece lining, two zip-up pockets, internal mobile phone pocket and adjustable elastic hem with toggles. Interchangeable zip puller 3CZP is sold separately.

Available in Black and Navy, with adult sizing from 2XS to 5XL.
