Syzmik Men's Orange Flame Lightweight Ripstop Spliced Shirt - Hoop Taped ZW180

The Syzmik ZW180 is a lightweight FR hi-vis shirt for industrial crews that need HRC/PPE 2 protection without the weight of heavier protective shirting.

Electrical, utilities and infrastructure teams can use the ZW180 where staff need a cooler-wearing protective shirt for long shifts while retaining a controlled FR uniform. Its broad size range also supports repeat issue and new-starter rollout across larger crews.

Order it plain or discuss restrained embroidery with PlusEmbroidery. Decoration must be assessed against the FR fabric, reflective tape and site requirements; DTF is not recommended for FR garments.

Made from Lenzing viscose FR, meta-aramid, polyamide, para-aramid and antistatic ripstop at 165gsm. The official sheet lists HRC/PPE 2 protection rated at 10.3 cal, ripstop construction, moisture-wicking comfort, FR-rated tape and trims, gusseted sleeve closures, concealed FR placket, two covered chest pockets and shoulder loops.

Available in Orange/Navy and Yellow/Navy, with sizing from XXS to 5XL and 7XL.
