Syzmik Men's Flame HRC 2 Hoop Taped Spliced Overall ZC525

The Syzmik ZC525 is a one-piece protective overall for crews who need an HRC 2 garment with hoop tape, anti-static fibre and full upper-and-lower-body coverage in a single workwear style. It suits specialist uniform programs where the garment must be selected against a documented workplace risk assessment rather than as general-purpose site clothing.

PlusEmbroidery can supply the ZC525 plain or discuss suitable branding options. Because the overall is FR rated, any logo method and placement should be reviewed against the fabric, tape layout and required protective performance before decoration is approved.

Made from 55% modacrylic, 43% cotton and 2% anti-static MODATech® fabric at 250gsm, it uses FR-rated tape, trims and closures. Features include a concealed two-way front zip, stand collar, gusseted sleeve closures, multiple covered storage pockets, shoulder loops for radio or gas-monitor use and a crotch gusset for movement. It comes in Orange/Navy and Yellow/Navy, with waist sizing from 77 to 122.
