The Syzmik ZP523 is a traditional-cut FR taped work pant for industrial teams that need inherent flame protection in a lighter 240gsm fabric. Its straightforward pocket layout and reinforced knees suit uniform programs that prioritise protective construction without adding unnecessary cargo storage.
Electrical, utilities and industrial maintenance crews can use the ZP523 where site-approved FR garments, reflective tape and repeatable sizing are required across a workforce. Keeping the same pant in a controlled uniform range supports replacement orders as garments wear and makes onboarding easier for new starters.
Order it plain or discuss restrained embroidery with PlusEmbroidery. Decoration must be assessed against the garment's FR construction, reflective tape and site requirements; DTF is not recommended for FR garments. Logo placement should avoid compromising protective components or required visibility areas.
Made from 55% modacrylic, 43% cotton and 2% antistatic fibre at 240gsm. Supplier-listed features include HRC 2 inherent protection, FR-rated trims, Loxy FR tape, double-layer knees, two side waist pockets, two flap-covered back pockets with FR press studs, FR mesh in the waistband, knee darts and a crotch gusset.
