Description
DNC Patron Saint® Flame Retardant Two Tone Drill Welder’s Jacket 3431
The DNC 3431 is the untaped welder’s-jacket option in the Patron Saint range. Its double-fabric front, covered metal press studs and heavy-duty zip suit buyers who need a substantial FR upper garment without reflective tape.
Fabrication workshops, maintenance crews and welding teams can issue this jacket where a separate FR upper layer suits the documented clothing system. The broad size range supports replacement orders and mixed-crew rollouts without changing the core garment.
The double front, press-stud cover, zip and gusset sleeves determine the usable decoration areas. PlusEmbroidery can assess the logo, materials and placement, but the completed garment must remain suitable for the buyer’s documented protective-clothing system and site requirements.
Made from 311gsm cotton drill with a double-fabric front, metal press studs under a protective cover flap, heavy-duty nylon zip and gusset sleeves. DNC lists BS EN ISO 11612:2008 Clause 6.3, an ATP rating of 14 cal/cm² under ASTM F1959/F1959M-12, HRC 2, Oeko-Tex 100 wording and 50+ domestic washes at 60°C.
Orange/Navy is available from S to 6XL. Yellow/Navy is available in 4XL, 5XL and 6XL.
Comparing protective upper layers? The DNC 3458 adds reflective tape to the welder’s-jacket format. The DNC 3467 rain jacket adds wet-weather protection, while the DNC 3424 jumper provides a warmer fleecy layer.

- Most garments can be ordered from one unit. Embroidery has a minimum charge equivalent to 10 logos per run, while DTF printing has a minimum charge equivalent to five prints.
- How do I add my logo?

- Can I order different colours and sizes?
- Yes. Available colours and sizes can be selected through the product ordering grid, subject to supplier availability.
