DNC HiVis 1/2 Zip FR HRC2 Day/Night Jumper 3424
The DNC 3424 adds segmented FR reflective tape across the body and sleeves to the warm half-zip fleecy format. It is the day/night comparison to the untaped 3423, giving buyers movement-recognition and reflective coverage without stepping into a full rain jacket.
Rail-maintenance crews, utilities teams and electrical field staff can use this jumper for cooler shifts where the documented clothing system calls for an HRC2 fleecy garment with day/night visibility. Its XS to 6XL range supports consistent replacement orders and onboarding across larger crews.
The segmented tape, half-zip placket and chest pocket define the available branding areas. PlusEmbroidery can assess the logo, thread, backing and position around those features, but the completed garment must remain suitable for the buyer’s documented protective-clothing system, reflective layout and site requirements.
Made from 280gsm 60% modacrylic, 39% cotton and 1% carbon anti-static super-soft fleecy. DNC lists HRC2 with an ATPV of 8+ cal/cm², an FR flap over the centre-front SBS 5# Vislon zipper, a left chest pocket with FR flap and touch-tape closure, FR elastic cuffs and waistband, and ANS UL-209 FR segmented reflective tape rated to 50 washes on the body and sleeves. DNC identifies the garment for day and night use.
It comes in Orange/Navy and Yellow/Navy, in sizes XS to 6XL.
Choosing the right cold-weather format? The DNC 3423 half-zip jumper keeps the same fleecy role without segmented tape. The DNC 3467 rain jacket adds wet-weather coverage, while the DNC 3446 lightweight shirt suits warmer conditions within a documented FR range.
