DNC Patron Saint Flame Retardant ARC Rated X-Back Shirt 3408

The DNC 3408 is the rail-focused shirt in the Patron Saint range. Its X-back tape pattern makes the wearer easier to identify from behind, while the closed front and single-colour Orange body keep the garment visually clear for rail and infrastructure crews.

It suits rail maintenance teams, trackside contractors and infrastructure crews who need an FR and arc-rated shirt with a recognised X-back layout rather than a standard hoop pattern. For buyers managing replacements, keeping the same tape configuration matters just as much as matching the fabric and colour.

The X-back tape, chest area and closed placket leave a narrow zone for branding. PlusEmbroidery can assess a small upper-chest logo using FR-compatible materials, but any decoration must remain clear of the tape and must be approved against the site's protective-clothing requirements.

Made from 190gsm cotton drill with a closed concealed front, FR plastic-stud closure and gusset sleeves. DNC lists LOXY Sto-Nor 9801 FR reflective tape in an X-back pattern, compliance with BS EN ISO 11612:2008, an ATPV of 6.8 cal/cm² under ASTM F1959/F1959M, HRC 1 and NSW Rail compliance.

It comes in Orange, with sizes from XS to 6XL.
