JB's 350g Hi Vis (D+N) 1/2 Zip Trade Fleece 6DNVF
When a shift starts before sunrise or runs into the evening, the day-only version of a work fleece leaves a gap. The JB's Wear 6DNVF keeps the hood-free, half-zip shape that works well around vehicles and head protection, then adds verified Day & Night reflective tape for crews working through changing light.
It is a sensible winter layer for civil crews, utilities teams, roadside maintenance staff and depot workers who need one fleece for the cold start, the active middle of the day and the trip back after the light drops. The 350gsm fabric has enough substance for winter work, while the zip can be opened when the wearer warms up. Using the same recognised style across the crew also makes later replacements less complicated.
The reflective tape, front zip and utility pockets break up the usual embroidery areas, so logo placement should be settled before production rather than squeezed into whatever space remains. PlusEmbroidery can position a compact chest mark clear of the tape and pocket openings, with thread colours chosen to stay readable against the Lime/Navy or Orange/Navy panels.
Made from 80% polyester and 20% cotton fleece at 350gsm in a classic fit. It includes a front hand-warmer pocket, utility side pockets with pen inserts and hook-and-loop closures, a sleeve pocket with flap closure and pen insert, reflective tape around the body and sleeves, and ribbed sleeve cuffs and hem.
JB's Wear lists the 6DNVF as compliant with AS/NZS 1906.4:2023 and AS 4602.1:2024 Day & Night Level 1, together with AS 4399:2020 for UPF protection. Both colourways are listed as UPF 50+. Check the garment details and the requirements of the site before including it in a safety uniform.
It comes in Lime/Navy and Orange/Navy, with adult sizing from 2XS to 5XL.
