JB's Hi Vis D+N 450g Full Zip Shepherd Hoodie 6DLZ
The JB's Wear 6DLZ is the layer to look at when an ordinary fleece no longer cuts it. The 450gsm shepherd-lined construction gives crews serious cold-weather warmth, while the full zip lets the wearer open it up once they move from a frosty start into more physical work.
It makes sense for road crews, depot teams, plant operators and mobile maintenance staff who spend part of the shift outside and part of it in vehicles, sheds or machinery. Rather than issuing a bulky jacket that gets taken off as soon as the work rate rises, buyers get a warm hi-vis hoodie that is easier to regulate and straightforward to replace with the same style when winter gear wears out.
The zip, front hand-warmer pocket, side pockets and reflective tape leave less clear space for branding than a plain hoodie. Made from 100% polyester polar fleece bonded to a shepherd fleece lining, with a total fabric weight of 450gsm. The classic-fit hoodie has a full zip placket, a front hand-warmer pocket, two side pockets with hook-and-loop closure, and a sleeve pocket with flap closure and pen insert. JB's stretch reflective tape runs around the body and sleeves.
JB's Wear lists the 6DLZ as compliant with AS/NZS 1906.4:2023 and AS 4602.1:2024 Day & Night Level 1, together with AS 4399:2020 for UPF protection. Both colourways are listed as UPF 50+. Check the garment details and your site requirements before including it in a safety uniform.
