Flamebuster FSV035 Torrent HRC2 Hi Vis Reflective Shirt with Gusset Sleeves

The Flamebuster FSV035 Torrent is an inherent HRC2 hi-vis reflective work shirt for crews that need an Orange FR shirt without the X-pattern tape layout used on other Torrent styles. Full gusset sleeves support arm movement, while concealed heat-resistant fastenings, reinforced stitching and practical chest storage suit regular industrial uniform use.

Electrical, maintenance and field-service teams can use the FSV035 where a straightforward Orange FR long-sleeve shirt is preferred for repeat ordering. PlusEmbroidery can help keep logo position consistent across replacements and new starters, with decoration assessed against the garment construction, protective clothing requirements and intended workplace use.

For FR garments, PlusEmbroidery does not recommend DTF decoration. Embroidery or other branding should be assessed for the garment, logo position and workplace requirements before production so the protective workwear system is not compromised.

Verified product details: 50% modacrylic, 33% cotton, 10% para-aramid, 5% nylon and 2% anti-static fibre, 195gsm. Features include two front pockets with concealed heat-resistant press studs, full gusset sleeves, left chest pen divide, bellowed chest pockets, concealed placket with urea buttons, shoulder gas-detector loops, twin-needle stitching, reinforced stress points and FR perforated reflective tape. Supplier information lists day/night use, AS/NZS 4602.1:2011, ATPV 8+ cal/cm² and HRC 2 inherent protection.

Colour and sizing: Available in Orange, with sizing from XS to 8XL.
