Flamebuster FJV034 Torrent HRC2 Hi Vis Segmented Reflective Fleece

The Flamebuster FJV034 Torrent is an HRC2 hi-vis segmented reflective fleece for crews that need an FR insulating layer that can be worn on its own or connected into compatible Torrent wet-weather outerwear. Its knitted construction, ribbed cuffs and hem, contrast dirt panels and segmented reflective tape make it a practical cold-weather layer for field and industrial uniform programs.

Utilities, infrastructure and maintenance teams can use the FJV034 to add warmth without moving to a separate non-FR fleece range, helping staff stay within one coordinated protective uniform system. PlusEmbroidery can help keep logo placement consistent across fleece and outerwear layers for repeat orders, replacements and new starters, with decoration assessed for protective FR clothing requirements.

For FR garments, PlusEmbroidery does not recommend DTF decoration. Embroidery or other branding should be assessed for garment construction, logo position and workplace requirements before production.

Verified product details: 60% modacrylic, 39% cotton and 1% anti-static fibre, 300gsm. Features include a heat-resistant all-plastic zip front, FR segmented reflective tape, FR knitted ribbed cuffs and hem, contrast dirt panels at the undersleeves, side pockets, connection loops for compatible outerwear, internal storage and a centre-front zip that connects with compatible FR wet-weather jackets. Supplier information lists ATPV 8+ cal/cm², HRC 2 protection and UPF 50+.
