The DNC 3803 is a simple day/night over-vest with 3M 8906 reflective tape in a hoop-and-shoulder layout. It gives buyers a recognised taped format without the pockets, zip front or side panels found on more detailed issue vests.
Contractor coordinators, logistics yards and maintenance teams can use this style for visitor issue, short-term workers and replacement packs where a straightforward day/night vest is required. Keeping one consistent vest across regular inductions makes repeat ordering and new-starter issue easier to manage.
The fluorescent body and reflective tape are the functional parts of this garment. PlusEmbroidery can assess a small logo position where identification is required, keeping clear of the tape and visibility areas. This vest does not replace any protective torso or arm garment required by the buyer’s documented clothing system or site rules.
Made from fluorescent 100% polyester hi-vis fabric with front hook-and-loop fasteners, shoulder strips and 3M 8906 reflective tape. DNC identifies the garment for day and night use and states that 3M 8906 tape is suitable for up to 30 home-wash cycles at 60°C.
It comes in Orange and Yellow, in sizes XS to 6XL. DNC publishes garment measurements from S to 6XL, so XS is not shown in the table below.
Comparing issue-vest formats? The DNC 3801 removes reflective tape for daytime-only use. The DNC 3804 uses an H-pattern tape layout, while the DNC 3805 adds a cross-back configuration.
