The DNC 3805 uses a cross-back reflective layout rather than the hoop-and-shoulder pattern of the 3803 or the H-pattern of the 3804. It is a straightforward day/night over-vest for buyers who need the cross-back configuration without added pockets or a zip front.
Traffic crews, contractor coordinators and logistics teams can use this style for regular issue, visitors and replacement packs where cross-back identification is preferred. Keeping one consistent vest across inductions and roster changes makes repeat ordering easier to manage.
The fluorescent body and reflective tape are the functional parts of the garment. PlusEmbroidery can assess a small logo position where identification is required, keeping clear of the tape and visibility areas. This vest does not replace any protective torso or arm garment required by the buyer’s documented clothing system or site rules.
Made from fluorescent 120gsm 100% polyester hi-vis fabric with front hook-and-loop fasteners and generic reflective tape in a cross-back layout.
It comes in Orange and Yellow, in sizes XS to 6XL. DNC publishes Safety Vest measurements from S to 6XL, so XS is not shown in the table below.
Comparing tape layouts? The DNC 3803 uses hoop-and-shoulder tape, the DNC 3804 uses an H-pattern layout, and the DNC 3806 adds pockets and a zip for daytime-only issue.
