The DNC 3831 is a straightforward short-sleeve cotton-drill shirt for buyers who want a firmer, more traditional workwear feel than lightweight Cool-Breeze cotton. Its open front and twin chest pockets suit practical daytime crew uniforms without reflective tape.

Trade teams, warehouse-yard crews and field-service staff can use it through warm shifts where durability, pocket access and repeatable two-tone presentation matter. Three colourways make it useful for role-based rollout and replacement programs.
