DNC HiVis Two Tone Cotton Drill Vented Shirt - Long Sleeve 3981

The DNC 3981 is the long-sleeve companion to the 3980, combining 190gsm cotton drill with underarm ventilation. It gives crews more durability than lightweight Cool-Breeze cotton while retaining extra airflow for active shifts.

Construction, transport, logistics and site-support teams can use it where durable cotton, arm coverage and repeatable day-use issue matter across replacements and new starters.

The twin flap pockets, long sleeves, underarm vents and two-tone panels shape the practical branding area. PlusEmbroidery can assess a compact embroidery position that preserves pocket access and keeps the vents clear for consistent repeat orders.

Made from 190gsm cotton drill with a full open front, twin flap pockets, underarm cotton vents and two-tone front and back. DNC identifies this garment for day use.
