Flamebuster FCT005A Torrent HRC2 Hi Vis Reflective Coverall

The Flamebuster FCT005A Torrent is an inherent HRC2 hi-vis reflective coverall for crews that need full-body FR workwear with practical access, movement and storage. A concealed two-way front zip, gusset sleeves, multiple cargo pockets and darted knees support active industrial work, while the reflective tape configuration is designed for day/night visibility requirements.

Utilities, electrical, maintenance and heavy-industry teams can use the FCT005A when a single-piece FR garment is preferred for consistent protection and staff identification. PlusEmbroidery can help keep logo placement consistent across repeat orders, replacements and new starters, with decoration assessed for the coverall construction, protective clothing requirements and intended site use.

For FR garments, PlusEmbroidery does not recommend DTF decoration. Embroidery or other branding should be assessed for garment construction, logo position and workplace requirements before production.

Verified product details: 50% modacrylic, 33% cotton, 10% para-aramid, 5% nylon and 2% anti-static fibre, 195gsm. Features include a concealed placket with two-way zipper and heat-resistant press studs, two front pockets, full gusset sleeves, front angled pockets, chest pen divide, cargo pockets at the hips and thighs, shoulder gas-detector loops, darted knees, twin-needle stitching, reinforced stress points and FR reflective tape. Supplier information lists day/night use, AS/NZS 4602.1:2011, ATPV 8+ cal/cm², HRC 2 inherent protection and UPF 50+.

Colours and sizing: Available in Orange / Navy and Yellow / Navy, with regular sizing from 77R to 117R.

Most garments can be ordered from one unit. Embroidery has a minimum charge equivalent to 10 logos per run, while DTF printing has a minimum charge equivalent to five prints.
