Syzmik Unisex Super Light Segmented Tape Packable Rain Jacket ZJ560
Rain jackets tend to be either worn all day or left in the ute. The Syzmik ZJ560 gives crews a third option: pack it into its own hip pocket, clip it to a belt or vehicle, and keep lightweight wet-weather protection close without carrying a bulky shell.
For road inspectors, traffic crews, mobile technicians and outdoor supervisors, that packability matters on days when the forecast is unsettled rather than properly wet. At 90gsm it is easy to keep with the wearer, while the 10,000mm waterproof rating, sealed seams and peaked hood give the team a practical shell when a shower arrives. Using one broad unisex range also makes lost, damaged or worn jackets simpler to replace without changing the uniform setup.
A packable shell is not the place for dense, oversized embroidery. Needle holes can work against waterproofing, and a heavy logo can stop the jacket folding down as neatly. PlusEmbroidery can assess a small upper-chest mark or suitable print method, keeping clear of the segmented tape, pocket zips and high-visibility areas so the jacket remains useful as wet-weather workwear.
Made from 100% polyester at 90gsm and lined with lightweight mesh. The fully seam-sealed shell has a supplier-stated waterproof rating of 10,000mm and breathability rating of 3000g/m²/24hrs. It packs into the front hip pocket, which includes a carabiner for clipping to a belt or vehicle. Other details include two zipped hip pockets, a zipped chest pocket, a peaked hood and adjustable storm cuffs.
Syzmik identifies the ZJ560 as Hi Visibility Day/Night, waterproof, breathable and UPF 50+. Check the garment, intended decoration and site requirements before including it in a safety uniform.
It comes in Orange/Navy and Yellow/Navy, in unisex sizes XXS–5XL and 7XL.
