Some jobs need a jacket at the start of the day and a vest an hour later. The Syzmik ZJ263 handles both without sending the wearer back to the vehicle for another layer: zip off the sleeves when the work becomes more physical, remove the hood when it is not needed, and keep the same stretch softshell body in place.
That flexibility suits mobile technicians, facilities crews, warehouse-yard staff and trade teams who move between cool outdoor work, vehicles and active indoor tasks. One adaptable garment is easier to issue than separate jacket and vest styles, and it gives uniform buyers a straightforward replacement option when a team member needs the same setup again.
The chest phone pocket, covered hip zips and removable-sleeve seams reduce the obvious branding space, so the logo needs to be positioned with the conversion points in mind. A compact upper-chest embroidery can work well when it is kept clear of the pocket and sleeve zips. Made from 100% Oxford bonded polyester stretch softshell at 330gsm, with a distinctive bonded fleece lining pattern. The sleeves zip off to create a vest, and the hood is removable. Other details include a longer back tail, adjustable cuffs, two covered zipped hip pockets and a chest mobile-phone pocket.
Syzmik lists the ZJ263 with a 20,000mm water-resistant rating, stretch fabrication and UPF 50+ protection. It is water resistant rather than a fully seam-sealed rain shell, so choose it for wind, light weather and adaptable layering rather than prolonged heavy-rain exposure.
It comes in Black and Navy, in unisex sizes XXS–5XL and 7XL.
