Reflective tape can feel surprisingly rigid across a hoodie once someone is reaching overhead, climbing in and out of plant or turning in a cab. The Syzmik ZT486 uses stretch tape in a biomotion layout, paired with 320gsm brushed fleece and a full zip, so the garment can move more naturally and open up quickly when the wearer starts to warm up.
It is a useful layer for utilities crews, roadside maintenance teams and mobile service staff whose day shifts between outdoor work, vehicles and depots. The fleece has enough weight for a cold start without the bulk of the heavier 450gsm winter hoodies, and the broad unisex range makes it easier to keep one recognisable style across new starters, replacement garments and changing crew numbers.
The zipped phone pocket, reflective piping and tape layout leave less open space than a plain hoodie, so logo placement needs to be settled before production.
