DNC HiVis Segmented Tape Full Zip Hoodie 3530

The DNC 3530 HiVis Segmented Tape Full Zip Hoodie is a day/night cold-weather layer with a full zip, practical pocket storage and lightweight segmented reflective tape.

Transport crews, infrastructure teams and mobile service staff may choose this hoodie when workers move between vehicles, yards and outdoor work areas in cooler conditions. Its XXS–6XL range supports team rollouts, new starters and replacement orders without changing the core garment.

PlusEmbroidery can assess embroidery placement around the segmented tape, centre zip, welt pockets, sleeve pen pocket and hi-vis panels before production. DNC advises that segmented-tape garments are not suitable for screen printing because heat may damage the tape, so keeping an approved embroidery position on file is useful for consistent repeat orders.

DNC specifies 300gsm hi-vis 100% polyester fabric with navy 65/35 poly/cotton sections, a full zip front, two front welt pockets with contrast hi-vis stitching, a navy sleeve pen pocket, internal safety drawstring and hoop-pattern segmented reflective tape. DNC also advises against industrial washing and dry cleaning for this style.

It comes in Orange/Navy and Yellow/Navy, with sizes from XXS to 6XL.
