The DNC 3961 is a solid-colour wet-weather jacket with an H-pattern body layout and CSR bio-motion tape on the sleeves. It gives traffic-control and roadside crews a clearly defined movement pattern rather than the simpler hoop layouts used on general rain jackets.
Queensland traffic controllers, civil crews and road-maintenance teams can use it through wet shifts where the specified tape arrangement, waterproof coverage and repeatable replacement ordering matter across a controlled uniform program.
The H-pattern and arm tape, waterproof shell, hood and pockets leave limited branding space.
