The DNC 3865 is a reversible wet-weather vest that combines a breathable 300D polyester/PU shell with a polar-fleece inner. It gives crews core warmth and unrestricted arm movement while retaining a taped hi-vis face for exposed work areas.
Transport depots, utilities crews and mobile maintenance teams can use it when staff move between vehicles, yards and active tasks where a full jacket would restrict movement. Keeping the 3865 code and approved logo position on file supports consistent replacement and new-starter orders.
