The DNC 3814 combines a colour-stable polyester outer with a cotton-backed inner, giving crews a softer feel against the skin than a standard micromesh polo. Its short sleeves, striped collar and cuffs make it the warm-shift companion to the long-sleeve 3816 rather than a taped day/night garment.
Warehouse-yard teams, delivery crews and mobile service staff can use this day-use polo through active shifts where comfort and a repeatable two-tone uniform matter. The three colour combinations and broad size run make replacements, new-starter issue and role-based colour coding easier to maintain.
The chest pocket, pencil partition, striped trims and two-tone panels shape the practical logo area. PlusEmbroidery can assess embroidery or another suitable method around those details; DNC warns that repeated heat from multi-colour or multi-position screen printing can deform polyester-based polo fabric, so the decoration plan should be set before production and repeated consistently on later orders.
