The material is very unpleasant to touch. The arm openings are very small so hard to wear bulkier clothes under. Really doesn't have much of a shape. For our specific purpose it is not ideal that the pockets are furry on the inside.

Biz Collection Ladies Soft Shell Vest J29123
The Biz Collection Ladies Soft Shell Vest J29123 is a clean three-layer outer layer that adds wind protection and core warmth without the bulk of sleeves.
Property inspectors, community health coordinators and mobile event staff can wear it between vehicles, customer sites and indoor spaces where arm movement is important. The simple Black and Navy palette also makes replacement ordering straightforward across established teams.
The upper chest provides a clear embroidery area, with placement kept away from the vertical zip pocket, collar and front zip. A compact logo is the most practical option for repeat team orders.
The outer is 100% bonded polyester with polyester knit fabric bonded to microfleece. It has a two-way front zip, stand collar with chin guard, right-chest vertical zip pocket with audio-port access and two concealed front zip pockets. Supplier information states water resistance to 3,000 mm, breathability of 3,000 g/m² and windproof performance.
Available in Black and Navy, with women’s sizing from S to 2XL.
