Biz Collection Ladies Geneva Jacket J307L
The Biz Collection Ladies Geneva Jacket J307L is a shaped three-layer softshell that combines stretch movement, brushed-fleece warmth and useful weather resistance for staff who move between indoor and outdoor work.
Property managers, mobile healthcare coordinators and event supervisors can wear it through site visits, travel and exposed duties where a bulky winter coat would be impractical. The women’s fit, four colourways and established range make repeat ordering easier across seasonal rollouts.
The upper chest suits compact embroidery, with placement kept clear of the collar, front zip and contrast pocket details. Standardising the same logo treatment across the women’s, men’s and kids’ Geneva jackets helps mixed-team orders remain consistent.
The three-layer BIZ TECH™ softshell uses a breathable polyester outer bonded to a contrast textured micro-ribbed fleece inner. It has a stand-up collar with chin guard, adjustable cuffs, contrast zippered side pockets, a longer back tail and a two-way front zip. Supplier information states water resistance to 3,000 mm, breathability of 3,000 g/m² and windproof performance.
