A hoodie can look too casual and a polo can feel too light once the weather cools. The JB's Wear 3RY3 sits neatly between the two: a substantial 350gsm rugby top with three broad yarn-dyed stripes and a woven collar that gives a group a more put-together look without becoming formal.
It works particularly well for school staff, club committees, coaches and venue crews who need one layer that still looks presentable while people are setting up fields, carrying gear or working through a cool morning. The two neutral colourways make it easy to bring a new coach, volunteer or staff member into the same look later without redesigning the uniform.
The heavier knit takes embroidery well, but the stripe pattern needs to be considered before a logo is stitched. A compact crest or bold business mark on the upper chest will usually read more clearly than fine lettering, with thread colours chosen to stay visible across Black/White or Navy/White. PlusEmbroidery can size and place the artwork so it sits cleanly beside the concealed placket and below the woven collar.
Made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton in a 350gsm yarn-dyed stripe fabric. The classic-fit rugby has a traditional concealed two-button placket, a two-piece woven collar with collar stand, ribbed sleeve cuffs, a straight hem with side splits and an internal contrast woven back yoke.
It comes in Black/White and Navy/White, with adult sizing from 3XS to 5XL.
